Captain Rob Hall takes Kurt Hinchman for a late season Flounder fishing session in the North Carolina Marshes in this episode of the Journal. Chasing the tide in the shallow water both men get hooked into some good table-sized flounder, so Donna cooks up a firecracker style flounder in the kitchen while they go over the simple gear and big soft bait shrimp lures they used.
