Charlie is in Annapolis, Maryland famed for its fantastic seafood, and he's on a mission to catch some striped bass. These hard fighting fish are profific in these waters but its a slow start where he's plagued by white perch, another type of sea faring bass, so Charlie heads to a local restaurant for some local crab. Can he get in amongst the stripers after he's refuelled?
