Paul finds himself in an idyllic little place on a freshwater river in the Caribbean foothills of central Costa Rica. It's an area that is remote and unique with a wide variety of fish species and to help Paul locate a few is Peter Gourinski. They're fishing for Matchaka, a fish that is similar to Shad, looks like Trout, but has very sharp teeth and is part of the piranha family.
