Bass Master legend Mike Iaconelli and Australian ABT champion Carl Jocumsen meet up at the stunning Grosse Savanne lodge in Louisiana and take their Hobie kayaks for a spin. There's a lot of mutual admiration and its not surprising as they both know how to catch bass!
Hobie's Morgan Promnitz heads out to Panama, where he fishes the Wild Coast shoreline with pals Ross Gallagher and Sam Root. There are plenty of exotic species to be found and Sam catches his first Rainbow Runner and Roosterfish. Yellowfin Tuna and Pompano are also in abundance so no prizes for guessing what's on the menu for the evening meal.
For the second part of their trip to Panama, the Hobie team travel 100 miles down the Wild Coast in search of Marlin. Using freshly caught livebait they attract shark instead, which on light tackle creates a bit of excitement. Redfish, Amberjack and Pompano are also there in abundance.
Winner of the 2016 Hobie Bass Open, Ron Champion invites Kevin Nakada to his home lake in Georgia. He shares some of the secrets that have made him so successful and also gives us a peek into his garage, unbelievably stocked with tackle. The largest bass are saved for last and are caught off the top as the sun starts to go down.
Once again the top kayak anglers from North America congregate on Kentucky Lake, for 2 days of athletic bass fishing. There's a championship trophy to be won and 2 places in team America in the forthcoming Hobie World Series 7.

Local expert Shawn Barham puts him on to a variety of species including some impressive Albacore, whilst Eric Harrison helps him find Striped Bass. Theres also a homage to the legendary Lefty Kreh and a look at the conservation work that is helping to restore his beloved Back Bay on the coast of Virginia.
Hobie's Morgan Promnitz visits Sweden and heads out on to the largest lake in Europe to catch a monster Pike from his kayak. He's teamed up with a bunch of top European Hobie anglers including local expert Felix Frey, who offers some great tips and demonstrates how to handle big Pike.Â
The world's best kayak anglers converge on Amal, Sweden for the Hobie Worlds 7, their annual international team competition. They will be fishing the mighty Lake Vanern over 3 days, looking for their best 2 Pike and 2 Perch each day. Can the Americans defend the trophy Steve Lessard won last time out, or will one of the europeans win on home water?
Follow all the action from Amal, Sweden as the Hobie World Series 7 reach its exciting climax. Teams from around the world are trying to catch 2 Pike and 2 perch per day, to put them at the top of the leader board and claim the trophy.
Morgan Promnitz and the Hobie Team visit a number of locations around Florida and catch a spectacular variety of fish from their kayaks. But the highlight has to be a night time fishing session for Tarpon at Fort Meyers.
Hobie's Morgan Promnitz joins up with seasoned anglers Jackie Smith and Hank Parker on a visit to Grosse Savanne Lodge in Louisiana. They show how the versatility of the Hobies can get you into places larger boats can't reach and plenty of bass are caught, including a new lake record.
Hobie Pro's Keeton Eoff and Morgan Promnitz have been invited to the stunning Chama Lodge, New Mexico. They are in the high mountain lakes fly fishing from their Hobies for the Brown & Rainbow Trout to be found there.
Over 100 of the best bass anglers in kayaking from the USA and Canada battle it out at Kentucky Lake over 2 days. Their best 3 bass each day will count and there are two places at the Hobie Fishing World Championships 6 up for grabs.
Keeton Eoff and Morgan Promnitz take their Hobies and head south to Cedros Island off West Mexico. They are well looked after by Jeff Mariani, local kayak specialist and have a very exciting first day's fishing in the swells along the islands rocky coast. Calico Bass and Sea Bass seem to be there in abundance.
Huge excitement as 49 anglers from 18 countries around the globe gather for the greatest event in Kayak Fishing, the Hobie Fishing World Championships. This is the sixth time Hobie have organised this event and the location of Leeville near New Orleans is a mecca for kayakers. Over 3 days they will be targeting Redfish, Speckled Trout and Flounder in order to be crowned the Hobie World Champion.
Conditions are very much against the anglers as 30mph winds blow through the Hobie Fishing Worlds 6 at Leeville, LA. Despite this, some good sized Redfish are being caught. As we approach the third and final day the the wind drops but Steve Lessard from the USA is steadily climbing the leaderboard in his attempt to win back the title he won two years ago.
Morgan Promnitz and Kevin Nakada from Team Hobie take their kayaks and head out to the beautifully scenic San Vincente Reservoir in southern California. It's close to home so no problem them taking all the gear and gadgets. The lake holds some monster bass, up to 18lbs, so when one of them snags itself around a sunken tree Morgan has no hesitation in diving in to try and free it. But it's Kevin who wins the day by a mile.
Part 2 of Team Hobie's Morgan Promnitz and Kevin Nakada's weekend trip to San Vincente Reservoir with their gadget packed Hobie kayaks. This time its Kevin's turn to take a splash after a crack-off and its worth it, as he handlines in a 7lb bass. But not to be outdone Morgan finishes with a monster fish of his own.
