Cape Cod extends 65 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and covers more than 400 miles of shoreline, so its a "must fish" destination for Charlie Moore. He meets up with local expert Dave Burnie, who was intending to take Charlie a mile or two out to sea to fish for Sea Bass, however its too windy so the guys settle for a session in the bay targeting Striped Bass instead.
