Pike Fishing in Ireland

48:54
In this instalment of Paul Gustafson’s Piking series, Paul and friends enjoy a trip to the place that many Pike anglers consider the holy land, the beautiful lochs of Ireland. Beginning in the rolling countryside setting of Loch Gowna, Michael Fitzpatrick takes Paul out dead baiting with floats from the traditional wooden rowing boats. After good fun with small feisty jack Pike, we join Mark O’Regan over at Lough Ramor, where Paul finally hooks into the monster fish over 20 pounds he travelled to Ireland to catch. Finally, Paul get’s the unique chance at a Pike on the fly, one of the most exciting ways to catch any fish, let alone these hard fighting leviathans.
