Breathe

19:09
Work, work, work - that's what we're supposed to do five days a week - and it's making us stressed. But for growing numbers of people fly fishing offers the release, the break, the escape from the grind that we all crave. After losing patience with his 9-5 lifestyle, filmmaker RC Cone heads to the fly fishing Mecca that is Montana to meet a number of people for whom fly fishing is an opportunity to "Breathe" once more, and solve the eternal problem of finding a balance between what we must do in order to survive, and what makes us happy. The people he meets help him to see that the lessons that fishing teaches are about more than just catching fish: they're about life. The experiences that they relate help the filmmaker to arrive at his own way of achieving happiness.
